1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products without original packaging
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
2. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we will arrange a free exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
3. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately

- We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request within 1 business day
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your registered address
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed
5. Refund Methods & Timelines
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refund within 2β3 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refund within 3β5 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via EasyPaisa or bank transfer only
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
